Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Duties Administers medications safely under direction of physician or other medical personnel.Observes, records, and reports patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.
Provide care according to an established nursing plan.Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
Ensures patient chart entries are made accurately and in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate.Communicates systematic report to other care providers.
Assisting in the coordination of care delivery; utilizes resources to promote the continuum of care.Employs strategies to promote health in a safe environment.
