Compensation : $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview :

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Virginia. This position is primarily responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Work Setting : Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)

Patient Volume : 1-2 Patients per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, pain management, and post-treatment care to support long-term health.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.
