Responsibilities

Dairy managers are responsible for making sure the dairy section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance. Responsibilities include :

• Stocking shelves
• Ordering product
• Building displays
• Unloading trucks
• Organizing the back room
• Cleaning store areas as required
• Assisting with fast, friendly, and accurate checkout

Dairy managers must adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
