Job Description :
Pay Range : $12.75hr - $17.75hr
Requirement / Must Have :
- One year of customer service experience.
- bility to follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- bility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- bility to make sound decisions based on established procedures.
- bility to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Must be able to lift 15 to 25 pounds with assistance.
Experience :
Customer service experience (required).Keyboard / data entry and PC experience (preferred).Responsibilities :
Greet customers and provide courteous service.ssist patients with kiosk sign-in.Contact clients to obtain patient orders.Handle customer inquiries.Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry.Follow company policies, protocols, and training requirements.nswer phones professionally.ssist with stocking supplies.Complete special projects as assigned.Use proper protocols for reporting customer complaints.Should Have :
Medical terminology knowledge (helpful but not required).Skills :
Strong verbal communication skills.Organizational and interpersonal skills.bility to work independently and exercise good judgment.Qualification and Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
