HealthyBaby is hiring : Creative Director in New York

THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Creative Director to ensure products and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. In addition to communicating the company's creative vision to design teams and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for supervising the entire design process and technical decisions.

• This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in the office with the team are expected. Key ResponsibilitiesRefine and establish creative visual identity + strategy, budgets and schedules for key project designOversee design projects, from start to finish, and managing creative team and resources to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints (packaging sprints, photo and video shoots, marketing campaign creative development, etc..) Ensure that all of the organization's creative output / visuals are consistent with the overall brand messagingMotivate and influence design team to always attain excellence in performance by providing key ideas, methods and brand positioningPitch creative ideas that align with overall company vision and communicate project outline in the same manner to members of the design teamCreate storyboards and mockups for visualization of completed projectsStay current and up-to-date with current design trends, techniques and processes; seek out and recommend new standard methodologiesWork cross functionally to analyze market research to create more effective designs and ensure projects are profitableKey Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of managerial or senior-level design experience on an in-house or agency teamStrong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects.In-depth knowledge of graphic design + web tech (Figma, Adobe, Canva) Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skillsExtensive experience in managing multiple projects and various digital assets at one timeGood collaboration and communication skills.Great time management and multitasking skillsAbility to resolve complex design and communication issuesWho You Are : You are a creative thinker and strong operator who can build a big-picture strategy that lives up to the company vision, while being able to get into the trenches of excellent executionYou have a growth mindset and are able to break down barriers and problem-solve creativelyYou have an analytical mind that can be able to determine what worked or what didn't by reviewing the dataYou have a one-team mentality and can work collaboratively to achieve the company's goalsYou are self-disciplined and motivated in an unstructured environment that requires flexibility, creativity and humble hustle You have a passion for children's health and wellnessNYC-based is preferred.
