Job Description :

As a Home Health Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home health care services by coordinating staffing assignments for our team of caregivers. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling process, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating with caregivers, clients, and other team members.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule home health care services for patients based on their needs and preferences.
• Match Clinicians with patients based on patient needs, availability, and patient requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of clinicians availability, credentials, and certifications.
• Monitor and manage clinicians schedules to ensure proper coverage and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate regularly with clinicians to provide updates on schedules, assignments, and patient needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and address any staffing issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns regarding staffing and scheduling.
