Job description

A company is looking for a Franchise Partner Specialist to assist aspiring business owners in exploring franchise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled intro calls with inbound leads from the marketing funnel

Guide candidates through an introductory discovery process using the company's presentation

Utilize a CRM system to manage contacts, schedule touchpoints, and track progress

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-time professional experience

Experience in roles involving high-touch communication, such as marketing coordinator or client-facing account manager

Familiarity with CRM systems for managing contacts and follow-ups

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Organized and proactive, motivated by goals and results
