The successful Sales Representative will be able to :

• Manage existing customers for daily order taking, increase sales, and grow the territory.
• Proactively call on new accounts, identify key contacts, and develop a business relationship.
• Ability to market, sell, close deals, communicate, negotiate and solve problems.
• Service and build existing client accounts. Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and / or solutions, introduce new products and promote sales and special events.
• Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment from sale to delivery, including Pulling / Packing orders, when needed.
• Participate in sales meetings, support company / sales initiatives and objectives.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish at a basic to intermediate level.
