A company is looking for a Capital Markets Manager to oversee pricing, hedging, and product innovation in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pricing, margin management, and rate sheet distribution to align with market movements

Manage lock desk operations and ensure compliance with investor and company guidelines

Lead investor relationships and develop mortgage product offerings in collaboration with various departments

Qualifications

7+ years of mortgage industry experience with a focus on Capital Markets

Minimum of 4-5 direct reports within the last two years

Deep understanding of pipeline management, hedging, and investor delivery

Expertise with Optimal Blue or similar PPE and LOS systems such as Encompass

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
