A company is looking for a Customer Training and Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live training sessions tailored to different customer segments to facilitate effective platform use
Develop and maintain a library of training materials and collaborate with teams to ensure content is current and relevant
Track customer adoption metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs and customer education experiences
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer education, training, or enablement, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and create high-quality educational content
Strong content creation skills, including video production and instructional design
Deep understanding of customer success practices and familiarity with data analysis tools
Passion for teaching and helping customers succeed, with a collaborative mindset
