Who we want :
The Instructional Coach, Pre-K Partnerships will provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers in partner child development centers (CDCs) as well as support center directors to develop teacher support systems and skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Pre-K Innovation Partnership and the directors of partner CDCs to identify program needs in order to develop and execute an instructional support plan that meets the individual needs of each PKP teacher and their students. This will include but is not limited to curriculum and assessment support, coaching on evidence-based instructional strategies, and coordinating with community organizations to deliver quality training and resources to partner CDCs. In this role, you will develop coaching cycles and professional learning opportunities that meet the needs of centers and are aligned to state and childcare requirements. You will assist with teacher recruitment efforts. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Pre-K Partnerships.
