WHAT WE ’ RE LOOKING FOR :

Simpli.fi is currently seeking a highly skilled and pragmatic UX Designer to join our product team based in Fort Worth, TX . The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex user interfaces and workflows preferably for B2B, enterprise, or SaaS software. You should be passionate about translating intricate business logic into intuitive user experiences. You'll need to be comfortable working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and high-quality product.

WHAT YOU ’ LL BE DOING :

As a UX Designer on the Product Team, you will :

• Design, document, and iterate on complex end-to-end user workflows for our core software platform.
• Translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant and practical user interfaces.
• Lead the design lifecycle from concept sketches, user flows, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct impactful user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, A / B testing) to validate designs and inform strategic product decisions.
• Actively contribute to and maintain our component-based design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the agile development process to ensure accurate implementation and high design quality.
