Job description

Description

Under close supervision, supports Case Management / MSW functions related to payor pre-authorization / notification, utilization review submission, dept specific software maintenance and education, assist with patient travel authorization, specialized administrative assistance, record keeping, and general care-coordination tasks assigned by Case Management / MSW partners.

We are hiring for Program Support Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications :

  • 2 years - Experience in a medical business office or hospital administrative setting.
