Job Summary :

Built for PTs, by PTs : Our model is designed to eliminate burnout and help you focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapists to provide mobile outpatient therapy across home health, hospice, and insurance-based outpatient orthopedic cases . Youll treat a diverse patient mix with true clinical autonomy and flexibility.

    • What Youll Do :

  • Deliver high-quality, customized, evidence-based PT treatments to patients in their homes or community settings.
  • Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making

    • Pay :

    Total potential compensation : $80,000$105,000+ annually

    Qualifications :

  • Physical Therapist license in California
  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation
  • Comfortable working with a geriatric population
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA

    • Multiple positions available including :

    1. Full-Time Physical Therapist East County San Diego

    Service Area : College Area, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, Blossom Valley, Lakeside, and Rancho San Diego.

    2. Full-Time Physical Therapist South County San Diego

    Service Area : Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado , Paradise Hills, and National City.

    3. Full-Time Physical Therapist Coastal & Central San Diego

    Service Area : La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Clairemont, University City, Del Mar, Point Loma, Downtown, and Coronado.

    4. Part-Time Physical Therapist North County Coastal San Diego

    Service Area : Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley
