Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING Highway District Maintenance Crew IMMEDIATE HIRE! Day Shift, Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 : 30 pm. Enjoy 3-day weekends $19.00 per hour. Excellent opportunity with the Highway District.

Duties : Fall / Winter Maintenance Crew : Use compressed air and heat to remove moisture & debris from the pavement cracks. Fill voids with hot-applied asphalt-based sealant. Care for and maintain District 1-ton truck. Walk up to 10 miles per day while in the traffic and Right-of-Way. Knock on doors to get cars moved when needed. Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, willing to take direction on processes and procedures. Able to work outdoors in the fall and winter months. Set-up and tear down traffic control barriers. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements : A valid drivers license. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Work well in a team environment. Ability to follow directions on county processes and procedures. Follow and adhere to all safety policies and regulations. Operate all county vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner. Work 10-hour shifts outdoors in all weather conditions.
