Location : Pleasant Hill, CA

Schedule Options : Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

Key Responsibilities :

Work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs

Assist patients in improving mobility, regaining independence, and adapting to daily living tasks

Document treatments and patient progress accurately and promptly

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care

Encourage and support patients in their recovery journey through motivation and professional care

Requirements :

Active California COTA license

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

BLS certification

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
