Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Epic experience to join our team in an acute inpatient rehabilitation environment. Our facility specializes in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other related conditions. Our aim is to help patients achieve their maximum potential in recovery and facilitate their return home as promptly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and perform various nursing procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
