Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Pay : $27.00 - $44.00 DOE
Location : Akron, OH
This is a Temporary 3 month Hybrid opportunity with potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent for the organization while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, co-workers, candidates, and the community.
- Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles / responsibilities and control the hiring process.
- Prepares candidates for interviews with hiring managers by providing information on the hospital, business strategy, department background, job description, and expectations.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all applicants, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure accurate reporting of employment activities and successful outcomes of audits.
- Participates in departmental activities including performance and process improvement.
- Other duties as required.
Key Requirements :
Full lifecycle recruiting is requiredKnowledge of State and Federal employment lawWorking with all levels within an organization is requiredMedium to large sized organization experience is preferredExperience in healthcare is preferredProficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. ATS is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.HR certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred.3 years of relevant experience is requiredCandidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $27.00 - $44.00
