We are seeking atalented Senior Software Engineer tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inembedded software engineering (particularly Debianbased Linuxdistributions) or UI development within Qt and will have abackground with or personal interest in small unmanned systems(i.

e. drones). Our client has several senior software engineeringopportunities with various focuses including embedded Linuxadministration machine learning UI development autopilot softwareand system architectures.

Responsibilities

Develop highquality software design andarchitecture for nextgeneration unmanned systems
Grow to lead a team of junior softwareengineers to develop products and solutions related to unmannedsystems.
Identify prioritize andexecute tasks in the software development life cycle
Develop tools and applications by producingclean efficient code
Automate tasksthrough appropriate tools and scripting
Review and debug code
Perform validation and verificationtesting
Collaborate with internalteams to fix and improve software

Experience

The successful candidate would ideally possess thefollowing skills; however we will consider applicants with onlypartial skillsets.

SoftwareEngineering : 5 years (Required)
Proficiency inC C Qt .Net and / or Python
Strong proficiency in embedded Linuxincluding system network manager modem manager etc.
Familiarity with or strongly expressedinterest in opensource autopilot projects and communicationprotocols (PX4 ArduPilot ROS MAVLink QGroundControl Mission Planneretc.)
Experience with ARMarchitectures Raspberry Pi Nvidia Jetson and other embeddedplatforms preferred
Knowledge ofVisual Studio

Education
