RAYMOND SMITH INSURANCE AGENCY is expanding and has an opening for COMMERCIAL and FINANCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Looking for someone with proven success in COMMERCIAL INSURANCE and / or FINANCIAL SERVICES SALES.
Our team is ranked in the TOP 1% of Farmer's Insurance agencies nationally. We have proven marketing and selling processes.
This is a top paying commission and bonus position that allows you to work some in office and some remotely. This position could lead to ownership of your own insurance agency! We assist with insurance licensing.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
