Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our team responsible for the "Your Orders" page on Amazon, one of the top 5 most visited pages. This role involves first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues with a direct impact on customer experience. Ideal candidates will participate in developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, and implementing fixes in production environments.
