Role Overview :

Demonstrate subject matter expertise in user-centered design

• Contribute to team processes, lead large projects
• Offer design guidance to and mentor junior designers
• Advocate for users and the role of design in the product development process Incorporate and share new techniques based on industry trends
• Embody and advocate for the mission and goals of User Experience within ShareFile

Proactively collaborate within the design team and with cross-functional teams.

Proactively provide solutions with strategic intention

Communicate design work within the design team and with cross-functional teams

Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment on multiple products

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. General state ranges $152k-$203k (min-max) CA generally ranges $182k-$243k (min-max) NY generally ranges $174k-$233k (min-max) Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
