Job Title :  Electrical Foreman

Location :  College Station, TX

Salary : $85,000 – $115,000

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the assigned electrical scope of work (material, manpower, scheduling) in collaboration with project superintendent and other trades.

Enforce and promote safety standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes (NEC, local regulations), as well as construction safety requirements.

Maintain high quality of work; ensure installations meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual / specification requirements.

Use company provided technology to support project execution, documentation, communication, and reporting.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate crew members, including electricians and helpers, fostering team performance.

Support project scheduling, manage manpower to meet deadlines, and coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts or delays.
