What You'll Be Doing Lead reimbursement strategy and MDS oversight across several states and payer systems. Provide expert-level audit and consulting support to on-site MDS and clinical teams. Stay ahead of CMS, PDPM, and Medicaid updates, then turn complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance. Partner with operations, finance, and quality teams to drive rate optimization and maintain airtight compliance. Mentor and develop MDS Coordinators to strengthen documentation integrity and elevate outcomes. Travel frequently to facilities within the organization's regional network (expect regular monthly travel). What You'll Bring 10 years of MDS / RAI experience in skilled nursing - multi-state experience is a big plus. Deep knowledge of PDPM, quality-based reimbursement, and managed care strategies. Strong analytical and leadership skills - you're just as comfortable diving into data as you are leading a team. Active RN license (or equivalent clinical credential).
