Machinist Lead

Location : Anaheim, CA

Job Type : Full-time

Experience : Minimum 5 years in CNC Machining, Must be able to run MasterCAM

Expected Hours : 40 per week

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills and lathes to execute precision machining processes. C onversational programming required.
• Work with precision by interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Optimize performance by monitoring and adjusting machine settings to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect with precision using micrometers, calipers, and other standard measuring tools to ensure all finished products meet strict quality standards.
• Maintain peak machine efficiency by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate and innovate with the production team to streamline machining processes and maximize productivity.
• Dual Role : The working lead is both a frontline worker and a supervisor, bridging the gap between management and the shop floor.
• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectively

The pay range for this role is :

28 - 38 USD per hour(Anaheim, CA)
