We are seeking 5 x dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producers for an insurance agency with offices in FL and Long Island, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development as well as executive leadership over a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications & Experience :
Current property and casualty license3 Years of experience preferred in commercial insurance salesBackground in sales and negotiation with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coveragesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleaguesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOrganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
