Material Handler Forklift
We are seeking a skilled material handler forklift operator to join our team. This role involves working on the staging team in Wilsonville with shifts from Wednesday to Friday and every other Saturday from 6pm to 6 : 30am. The position is expected to conclude in July 2026.
Responsibilities
Load and unload finished products and production materials into trailers. Manage warehouse inventory and material flow. Stage materials for production and perform warehouse sanitation. Package and move recycling and production waste. Communicate effectively with team members and production through RedZone chat. Maintain accurate and neatly written documentation. Rotate through all production forklift positions. Operate powered industrial equipment including gas and electric forklifts and their attachments. Troubleshoot and operate all robot palletizers on the Tualatin campus. Adhere to all GMP and safety regulations. Utilize SAP and RF Scanner for receiving materials and loading finished goods.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse / material handling experience. Competency in English to pass safety class. Proficient in forklift operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient in decision-making, teamwork, and independent judgment. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Frequent use of interpersonal skills. Capability to push and pull up to 500 pounds with a pallet jack and lift / carry up to 35 pounds frequently.

Work Environment
Work in a clean warehouse environment, utilizing both gas and electric forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and SAP and RF Scanners for efficient operations. Safety training will be completed on the first day at the Tualatin facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
