Full time - Evaluation to hire

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

$22hr to $23hr depending on experience.

Digital Wallet Company delivering trusted payment services, building enduring partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth through customer priority and innovation is looking for a Technical Customer Support to join their team in Woodland Hills. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Summary : Seeking a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Woodland Hills. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for our users and partners-helping troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and ensure a world-class customer experience. You'll play a key part in maintaining trust and satisfaction among our customers while working closely with internal teams to continuously improve our products and services.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to digital wallet functionality, payments, and account access.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to identify and escalate system issues.
  • Document support interactions and technical issues clearly and accurately.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, product education, and navigation of the platform.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns, providing feedback, and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or fintech-related roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and software tools.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a passion for helping customers.
  • Experience in digital payments, e-commerce, or financial technology is a plus.
