The Pharma Analytics business unit focuses on developing products for QC release of biopharmaceuticals across the bioproduction workflow through applying different analytical technologies. The Director, R&D will drive the innovation strategy and roadmap development, lead and develop the R&D teams involved in early research, NPI projects, and application development. Actively identifies and drives development of internal and external technology platforms which add to the BU's capabilities.

Education :

• PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific subject area (e.g., Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field)

Compensation and Benefits : The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $192,100.00$275,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
