Position Overview :
Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Support Technician ! In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing behavior support plans and providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to empower children to reach their full potential by promoting positive behaviors and teaching essential life skills.
Job Responsibilities :
As a Behavior Support Technician, your responsibilities include :
Implementing behavior support plans and delivering individualized ABA therapy.
Collecting and analyzing data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
Conducting discrete trials and executing treatment plans effectively.

RBT Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required.
Current RBT certification must be active.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
Dependability, a positive attitude, and consistency to ensure children’s success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
