Revenue Operations Specialist II

As a Revenue Operations Specialist II, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining monthly usage data workflows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting internal teams with operational excellence. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of usage-based revenue processes and improving client-facing support through internal collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years in operations, reporting, or data support roles, preferably in digital media, SaaS or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including : VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and error-checking formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL is required to : validate, troubleshoot, and prepare client-submitted usage data for upload and revenue calculation.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with engineering teams and contributing to PRDs and process documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• C2-level English proficiency (CEFR standard).
