Job Purpose and Overview

The Financial Analyst I supporting vendor rebates will join our North America finance team and collaborate closely with Procurement and external vendors to ensure the accuracy and effective implementation of vendor rebate programs. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, vendor management, and rebate program optimization. You'll play a key role in tracking, validating, and forecasting rebate income while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will also be responsible for completing month-end activities for North America, including journal entries, reporting, and reconciliations of accruals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proactivity, thrive in a fast-paced environment & have a drive to expand their knowledge.

Work Environment & Travel : This is a hybrid position based at the Home Office in Jackson, MI, requiring in-office presence a minimum of 2 days per week. During training and onboarding, onsite attendance will be required, potentially up to 4 days per week. Occasional travel is required, up to 5% of the time.

Compensation

$57,300 - $87,100 with bonus eligibility.
