Job Summary

We are looking for entry-level Dry Plant / Equipment Operators to monitor and operate machinery and equipment at our frac sand drying plant which includes our drying, loadout, and storage facilities. This position may sometimes require you to operate heavy machinery. Training on the specific equipment utilized at our facilities will be provided. Your primary work location will be in Bainville, MT, with a new site scheduled to open in 2025 near Williston, ND.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the drying and processing of frac sand.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or operational issues.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct daily workplace inspections.
• Monitor temperature and moisture levels for compliance.
• Maintain records of production and equipment performance.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in loading and unloading sand and manage inventory levels.
• Participate in construction projects and related tasks when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a noisy, dusty plant environment with varying weather conditions.
