The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management is seeking a Program Manager II-PMIS System Administrator to support the Los Angeles Community College District’s Capital Improvement Program ( BuildLACCD ) by managing and maintaining the District’s Project Management Information System (PMIS) , Trimble Unity Construction (TUC / eBuilder).
This role ensures reliable system performance, user adoption, and data integrity across all program stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical administration skills with a solid understanding of construction management and project controls.
- Salary Range : $160K / Year-$170K / Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the PMIS platform (Trimble Unity Construction / eBuilder).Manage user accounts, permissions, and data security settings.Provide daily user support and troubleshooting; escalate technical issues when necessary.Develop, update, and implement PMIS workflows and process documentation.Create and deliver user training sessions and maintain related materials.Configure and test system modules to align with program requirements.Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports for management.Oversee integrations between PMIS and other systems (e.g., Deltek CostPoint, Primavera P6).Track, document, and resolve system issues following full SDLC methodologies.Support project controls functions within PMIS, including cost management, scheduling, contracts, change orders, invoicing, and document control.Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Architect for enterprise reporting and analytics.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operation and enhancements.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, or PMIS administration.Hands-on experience with Trimble Unity Construction (TUC / eBuilder) .Strong knowledge of construction management processes : cost, schedule, contracts, change management, and document control.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work in a hybrid setting and report onsite as required.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced configuration and administration experience with eBuilder modules .Proven ability to develop custom reports and dashboards .Experience integrating PMIS with enterprise systems (Deltek CostPoint, Oracle Primavera P6).Working knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON , and REST integration protocols.Experience managing software release cycles or upgrades.Why Join Greenridge?
