Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of technology products for KPMG Emerging Technology products and releases using agile and other product management methodologies; set tactical plans to execute strategic objectives of the programs; ensure development of actionable strategies aligned with firm priorities
• Resolve conflicts between individuals and teams with an assertive but friendly attitude; provide effective methods for managing and resolving impediments
• Act as an expert in estimation and planning techniques; explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment; clarify differences between Scrum Scaling frameworks and approaches
• Advocate for modern agile software development and organizational practices, such as XP, CI / CD, DevOps, TDD, and more; automate the flow of project status and facilitate continuous, real-time transparency for effective communication and decision making
• Assist with coaching and training individuals, teams, and programs to clarify goals, break anti-patterns and put plans in place to achieve stronger results; use different agile techniques to improve efficiency of the development team
• Coach product owners on managing a scaled product backlog of epics and features; facilitate decision making with product owners and architects; mentor a product owner in backlog creation, management, and refinement; protect the team in a sprint and improve flow of work across boundaries
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
