As a member of our service technician team, you'll be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Your role will include project planning, scheduling, start-up, checkout, turnover, training, and maintaining project documentation. Our mission is to improve lives through empowerment. Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service
• Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures
• Participate in periodic 24 / 7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling
• Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
• Promote upgrades to current systems
• Occasional out-of-state travel to service customer sites
