$110k to $125k + per diem + truck allowance

We're looking for a Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. You'll take the lead on a high-end amenity project in Lakewood Ranch that includes extensive pool and outdoor features. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, you'll be running the show on site - coordinating trades, managing schedules, and keeping quality and safety locked in. You'll work closely with the PM and subcontractors to keep everything moving forward without surprises. Your ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions will be key to delivering this project the right way.
