Job Description

Inivos North America is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong passion for selling enterprise software and services. You will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts, covering the full sales cycle—from lead and qualification to solution visioning, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate is assertive, entrepreneurial, and motivated to make a significant impact.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets.
• Drive revenue growth through license sales, consulting services, support, and managed services.
• Proactively lead sales campaigns targeting the existing IFS install base as well as new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in accordance with Inivos processes to successfully close deals.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with third-party partners and industry influencers as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Consulting, Support) to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Provide timely updates, forecasts, and insights to sales leadership and executive management.
• Travel as required based on account demands (up to 50%).
