Job description

Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep cybersecurity expertise to drive significant growth. This role is for a proven leader who can consistently exceed $5M–$10M in annual sales by expertly navigating complex B2B cycles. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Responsibilities :

  • Generate and close new business in target markets.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Surpass annual revenue targets of $5M–$10M.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, especially with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, practice leaders, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Provide strategic feedback to delivery teams on emerging trends and service opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events.

Qualifications / Background Profile :

  • Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, specifically within cybersecurity.
  • An in-depth command of cybersecurity solutions across various domains (network, cloud, endpoint, threat detection, compliance).
  • Exceptional executive presence and polished communication skills.
  • Direct sales experience with enterprise clients in sectors like Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Retail, CPG, Energy, and Professional Sports.
  • Proficiency in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A Bachelor’s degree is essential; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a bonus.
  • Bonus points for :

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Sales methodology certifications (Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.).
  • Experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • A documented history of exceeding $5M–$10M+ in annual sales quotas.
