TikTok Shop Manager

Our client, a beauty brand, is seeking a remote TikTok Shop Manager to join their team on a temp basis, 10-15 hours per week. This is a multifaceted role that requires a blend of social media expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and creative thinking to drive sales and brand awareness on TikTok's platform. This role will not be responsible for the organic TikTok account or creating any content.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of social ecommerce initiatives on TikTok Shop
• Work on enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and improving customer engagement through TikTok Shop
• Lead and manage TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers, affiliates, and content creators, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Work with content creators to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with their audience.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance metrics and suggest improvements to drive more traffic to TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless affiliate tracking and payment processes.
• Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags
• Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
• Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop.
• Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags
• Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
• Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
