Family Medicine - Physician

Overview

JOB SPECIFICS :

• Established practice seeks a Family Medicine, Med / Peds, or Internal Medicine physician experienced or interested in population health to join our dedicated primary care team to serve a growing community and patient base
• The team consists of 2 Physicians, 2 APPs and support staff
• Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with one evening per week 10 am-7pm and one half Saturday a month
• Call is 1 : 15 with After-Hours Triage Call Service taking first call
• No inpatient responsibilities
• EPIC EMR
