Job description

Patient Access Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our healthcare client in the Robbinsdale area hire for a Patient Access Supervisor. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will be focused on leading a team in front and back office administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily operations throughout the clinic. Interested candidates must have experience leading a team and feel comfortable giving direction, performance reviews, training, and firing. This role will also be holding direct reports to production expectations as outlined by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years management experience within a hospital / clinic environment
  • Proficient within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

Skills

  • Proven ability to lead a large team in front office healthcare operations
  • Able to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve and work well with a wide array of individuals
  • Tech savvy and can work within multiple software systems
  • Pay Details : $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
