Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance department with timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, enjoys working with numbers, and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring vendor relationships remain positive and financial records stay current.

Job Duties

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Verify invoice accuracy, coding, and approvals before entry
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
• Prepare and process checks, ACH payments, and other disbursements
• Assist with month-end closing tasks
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues
• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files
