Medical Front Office Admin
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Front Office Admin to fill an opening with a prestigious provider of Ophthalmology services in Pinellas Park, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Front Office Admin :
- This position will be responsible for all aspects of patient appointment scheduling, insurance verification, creation of new patient charts and maintenance of patient records in accordance with compliance policies.
- Scanning and filing patient documents, ensuring complete and accurate information, managing incoming phone calls, timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Will also call and process referrals and inform patients of copays and deductibles.
- Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm EST Required Qualifications for Medical Front Office Admin :
- 1+ years of Medical Front Office experience
- Knowledge of Medical / Commercial Insurances
- Ability to schedule patient's, verify insurance, and chart into EMR system
Preferred Qualifications for Medical Front Office Admin :
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (NOT required)
- Any Ophthalmology experience (NOT required)

Pay Details : $16-19 / hour
