Chair of Mayo Clinic Children's
—a globally recognized pediatric hospital. The Chair will provide overall strategic direction and oversee the ongoing performance of the department, be responsible for recruitment and retention of outstanding staff, and ensure the alignment and development of critical resources to achieve goals for each of the three Mayo shields : clinical practice, research, and education. In addition, Mayo's tradition of integration requires leaders to facilitate alignment and teamwork across disciplines to ensure the most effective medical treatment and the highest quality of patient care.
