We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cost Estimator to lead estimating efforts for multiple high-visibility construction projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex project environments, delivers precise cost projections, and can drive improvements in estimating processes.

You'll work directly with project managers, construction leads, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure budgets are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements. While also shaping the way estimating is done for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of conceptual, preliminary, and detailed construction cost estimates for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction leads to assess scope changes, evaluate impacts, and prepare change-order estimates.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, schedules, and proposals to create accurate quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to gather, review, and negotiate competitive bids.
• Enhance estimating processes by introducing best practices, tools, and standardized procedures.
• Maintain accurate cost databases, historical pricing, and market trend data to inform estimates.
• Support project planning, cost forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
