Job description
A company is looking for an Accounting Associate III.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations for accounting and billing services
Process invoices, manage vendor setup, and execute corrections and adjustments in financial systems
Prepare monthly reconciliations, support audits, and handle payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting or billing operations
Strong understanding of GAAP and commercial accounting protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with IT
