This position is located in our Primary Care Clinic. The Advanced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is the point of care for the Zablocki VA Medical Center's Primary Care Clinics.

The Advanced Licensed Practical Nurse function is to provide quality nursing care to a culturally diverse veteran population of varying complexity in a primary care clinic setting.

The LPN possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively apply aspects of the nursing process within a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting.

The LPN reports to the Program Manager of Primary Care, who is the rating official and to the designated Division Manager, who is the approving official.

Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday on Days / 1st shift, no weekends or Federal holidays.
