Responsibilities :

Operational Excellence :

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance overall productivity.

Catering Management :

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering events, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor services accordingly.

Team Leadership :

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent high-quality service.

Vendor Relations :

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for products and services.

Budget Oversight :

• Develop and manage budgets for both operations and catering events.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in operations management and catering / event planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
