Responsibilities :
Dispatch Management : Coordinate work orders for plumbing and building maintenance projects. Ensure timely dispatch to subcontractors.
Quality Assurance : Hold subcontractors accountable to our company standards. Monitor their performance and address any deviations.
Trade Expertise : Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs is a plus.
Communication : Maintain clear communication channels with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
Computer Savvy : Handle administrative tasks, including work order documentation, using our systems.
Phone Wizardry : Efficiently manage phone calls related to work orders and client inquiries.
Organizational Ninja : Juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow up diligently.
Business Mindset : Run your own mini-operation within our larger business framework.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in dispatching, customer service, or work order management.
Trade Knowledge : Understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
Tech Skills : Proficiency in using computers, software, and communication tools.
Problem-Solving : Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail : Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Team Player : Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients.
